Waterfront Accommodation - Sunshine Coast, BC
Imagine sitting down with a glass of wine watching the sunset paint a rainbow of colours across your own private waterfront getaway. The sun dips behind the nearby hills as you hear the call of a Loon from across the water.
Trip Advisor described our waterside hot tub as "the best view in BC." It sits on an oceanside deck which literally hangs beside the ocean, as waves crash into the rocks below.
Coracle Cove is located on a small body of water which we share with a handful of seasonal cottages which are tucked into the woods along our eastern shoreline. The cottages are seldom occupied, giving us a heightened sense of privacy and relaxation.
"A perfect west coast getaway" - Trip Advisor 2013
Does this sound like what you're looking for, a place where you can completely relax for a few days or more, and that's only 90 minutes from Vancouver?
Facing south, we enjoy the full range of the movement of the sun from its deep purple sunsrises to those rainbow-filled sunsets. The relections on the still ocean waters create a beauty that is simply unparalleled.
You'll feel like you've arrived at a very special place as you listen to the water lapping gently on the shore and hear eagles calling out to each other.
Dozens of different bird species appear throughout the year, including our returning family of eagles, as well as cormorants, heron and kingfisher. Seals can often been seen just off the dock, while dolphins and orcas ply the waters for food..
